Beautiful Apatite chip beads with exceptional colour! Approx 4-7mm in size (width) Quite fine chips, not extra chunky like some. Delicate and very, very pretty.

Apatite's name comes from the Greek word for 'deceit' since the gem can be mistaken for other stones. However it has a quite distinctive blue colour which makes it and extremely popular choice when looking for a blue stone in jewellery making. A proper bright blue or sea green, it is very beautiful.
