Free shipping is available on orders over £40 (by 2nd class post) in Scotland, England and Wales. We are extremely sorry that as of 13 December 2024 we will not be able to ship to NI or the EU as a result of GPSR. We very much hope that this will be a short term issue and that we will be able to resume sending in due course.

International shipping rates (excluding EU) are available at checkout. Please note that we cannot ship heavy or breakable items abroad, reed diffusers, candles or other liquids.
There is additional cost for bulkier or heavier items. This is clearly displayed on the website at each item.
We aim to ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order, Monday-Friday. We also aim to ship orders received by 1pm the same day. Where this is not possible due to volume of orders, all orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the order and payment.
