Bring aroma into your home with these beautiful taper diffusers, a highly effective way to impart fragrance into any room. More constant than pot pourri and without the vigilance needed for a candle, diffusers are now a must have for the discerning individual.

Simply put the wooden tapers into the oil bottle and allow the fragrance oil to rise up the reeds by capillary action, and evaporate into the room. Turn the sticks every now and again for more fragrance.

This collection was inspired by a visit to a 12th Century Cistercian abbey in Picardy and by a lifelong love of the French countryside. 

The delicate hand painted packaging, an illustration of fumaria officinalis with tiny pen and ink insects is reminiscent of a Grand Tour sketchbook and was commissioned by Illumens from a Suffolk artist. Some of the fragrances tell the history of the abbey, whilst others are just inspired by the visit to France all those years ago.

No range inspired by France would be complete without a quintessential fig. This is a warm fragrance inspired by orchards graceful grey-green fig trees and their epicurean purple blushed fruits.
