These 4mm round Iolite beads are extremely good quality rounds with beautiful natural Iolite blue colour, there are around 90+ beads on a 15" strand.

The word Iolite comes from the Greek for violet, although in bead form it is a true blue colour. The Vikings referred to it as 'water Sapphire' and the colour of the stone does change depending on the angle it is observed from. Each bead has colour variation within.
